Directions: Pour packet ingredients into a coffee mug. Add 2 tablespoons of dry champagne. Stir well and scrape down the sides of the mug until batter is smooth. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. (CAUTION: contents and cup will be hot). Let cool slightly before enjoying.
