Jocelyn & Co. is a modern specialty food company creating beautiful, giftable products for retailers, corporate gifting teams, hospitality partners, and curated food programs.
We started with a simple belief: gourmet food should feel fresh, thoughtful, and easy to merchandise. For years, the specialty food and gifting space felt crowded with products that looked outdated, felt disconnected, or were difficult to turn into a cohesive retail or gift experience. Jocelyn & Co. was built to bring a lighter, brighter, more modern point of view to the category.
Meet Our Founder
Jocelyn & Co. was founded by Debbie Quintana and named after her granddaughter, Jocelyn. The company reflects Debbie's belief that beautiful products and meaningful experiences bring people together.
Debbie is a gifting industry expert, entrepreneur, industry coach, and Shopify expert with more than two decades of experience in the gifting and specialty food industries. She has founded and sold several businesses and organizations, including The Gift Basket Association, Gourmet Gifts, The Women's Networking Alliance, and GiftedIn24.
Before entering the gifting industry full time, Debbie served as a Global Security Manager for Cisco Systems. Her background in technology, process improvement, operations, and design continues to influence every aspect of Jocelyn & Co.
Today, Debbie combines her love of specialty foods, technology, merchandising, and business strategy to help retailers, hospitality companies, and gifting professionals create better products and better customer experiences. She lives in Surprise, Arizona and continues to educate businesses through coaching, speaking, and industry education.

Beautiful packaging matters, but the food has to earn the reorder. That is why we spend so much time in our test kitchen developing recipes, improving flavor profiles, testing pairings, and creating products that feel current, giftable, and easy to sell.
Our goal is to give our wholesale partners products that do more than fill a shelf. We want every jar, box, and pouch to bring energy to a display, make gift building easier, and give customers a reason to pick something up, taste it, share it, and come back for more.
